By accessing or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. 1. ✅ Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or subscribing to any plan on Adwa Flow WACRM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. 2. 🔧 Service Overview Adwa Flow WACRM provides businesses with WhatsApp Cloud API access on a subscription basis, enabling automated messaging, contact management, campaign execution, and customer engagement through a centralized CRM dashboard. 3. 💳 Subscriptions & Payment Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selected subscription tier Service access begins upon successful payment confirmation Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, PayU, and Stripe You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information Failure to renew on time may result in temporary suspension of service 4. 🚫 User Responsibilities As a user of Adwa Flow WACRM, you agree to: Not use the platform for spam, unsolicited messaging, illegal activities, or abusive content Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and all applicable laws Take full responsibility for all messages sent through your account credentials Not share account access with unauthorized individuals 5. ❌ Account Suspension & Termination KnoxLearn Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the event of: Violation of these Terms or Meta's platform policies Engagement in prohibited, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior Non-payment of subscription fees 6. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability KnoxLearn Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, Meta platform downtime, or third-party failures Loss of data due to user negligence or unauthorized account access 7. 🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time via email or phone; service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle Monthly plans: No refunds upon cancellation Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds available within 15 days of purchase Duplicate or failed payments will be reviewed and refunded after verification Refund requests must be submitted to support@adwa.in 8. 📝 Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
