📅 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or phone
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
Access to Adwa Flow WACRM and WhatsApp API services will continue uninterrupted until the billing cycle concludes
No data deletion occurs immediately upon cancellation request — account data is retained as per our Privacy Policy
💸 Refund Policy
Monthly Plans
No refunds for partial months or unused time within the billing cycle
Annual Plans
Refunds are available only if requested within 15 days of purchase
A pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining unused period after deducting the months already consumed
Duplicate or Failed Transactions
Fully refundable upon verification
Please contact us immediately with valid proof of payment
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment source
⚠️ Service Disruption
If KnoxLearn Technologies Private Limited is unable to provide the service due to an internal failure lasting more than 48 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for:
A service credit applied to your next billing cycle, or
A partial refund, issued at our discretion based on the duration of disruption
Disruptions caused by Meta platform issues, internet outages, or third-party payment gateway failures are not covered under this policy.
