Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You are free to cancel your AdwaFlow WABA CRM subscription plan at any time. Upon cancellation, your service access will continue until the end of your current active billing cycle (monthly or annual), after which your portal will transition to inactive.
2. Refund Standards
Because we offer digital SaaS access and utilize API resources, all payments are generally non-refundable. However, we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptions:
- Billing Anomalies: If you were charged in error due to a system glitch or double-billing, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
- Deployment Issues: If our platform undergoes prolonged unscheduled downtime (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) that prevents your core campaigns from running, we may provide prorated portal credits or partial refunds.
3. Trial and Plan Upgrades
We recommend trying the Standard plan or scheduling a live platform demo before committing to high-tier plans (Premium or Ultimate). Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
4. UPI Prepaid Payment Policy
For subscriptions activated via manual UPI transfers:
- All manual UPI activations are final once the transaction is verified and the portal environment is set up.
- Refund requests for UPI payments are only evaluated if a transaction fails to activate the platform within 24 hours of successful verification.
5. Requesting a Refund
To submit a refund request, email us with your registered company email address, portal URL, and proof of payment. Our billing desk evaluates all tickets within 5–7 business days.
